SCHEDULE OF SERVICES

 ​During an initial complimentary consultation we will get to know each other and discuss options for your trip that best suit your interests and travel style.​

Our fee for service structure allows us to devote the time and expertise necessary to research and negotiate the best options for our clients. 

Since we are not affiliated with any cruise, hotel or tour company, we work for our clients, not the travel vendors. For every client, we work to create the ultimate travel experience you can trust, which is the greatest luxury of all.​Our services include:

• Unparalleled concierge support from your dedicated, credentialed Luxury Travel Advisor and support team
• Unlimited customized itinerary planning and execution with expertly curated listings of hotels, restaurants, and experiences
• Expert travel advisory services, with frequent updates on destination trends and news from our professional network
• Special upgrades, breakfast for two, exclusive amenities, spa credit, late check out/early check in, and promotions whenever possible

Traveldealz charges a per trip research and planning fee starting at $125pp($250 per booking), which is non-refundable and non-­transferable. This fee is due after the initial consultation and prior to initiating trip planning. The trip fee includes consultation, research, planning, and quote preparation. We leverage our global network of preferred suppliers and our professional expertise to design a trip to exceed your expectations. Once pleased with the itinerary, we confirm and service all components of the trip including flights, accommodations, transfers, guided tours and activities. We also offer recommendations for unique experiences, theater tickets, restaurants, local attractions, and more. Where more time researching and planning the fee will be more. 

TravelDealZ planning fee above covers for hotel only bookings where the client has picked the destination. Our clients often receive additional Virtuoso Voyages benefits and amenities.

Airline Tickets

Our flight team charged with finding our clients the best flight solution at either equal to or better than market fares. We access all public fares available online in addition to accessing non-public fares on select international first/business class routes.​$50 per domestic ticket.​$75 per international ticket.

TravelDealZ the planning fee above also covers for established clients on cruise only bookings where the client has picked the destination and route. Our clients often receive additional Virtuoso Voyages benefits included in their fare. For pre- and post- cruise itineraries, fees will vary depending on complexity.

This includes travel with a group of travelers (family reunions, multi-generational travel, incentive groups, etc.) starting with a minimum of 4 rooms or cabins.​Starting at $99 per traveler.

Travel Insurance

TravelDealZ recommends that travelers purchase travel insurance for all trips. We do not charge fees on the purchase of travel insurance policies.

Cancellation and change fees

These fees are in addition to any cancellation or change fees charged by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators or other vendors as outlined in their terms and conditions. No additional fees will be charged by TravelDealZ on travel canceled by the vendor.​

• Customized itineraries: $200 cancellation fee to be charged to the credit card on file should the trip be canceled by the client for any reason
• Hotels and Cruise: $50 cancellation fee per hotel or cruise reservation.
• Flights: Any reissued tickets will require a $50 (domestic) and $100 (international) ticket reissue or exchange fee, in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties. Penalties depend on airline booking terms and conditions.
• Last minute change fees: $200 change fee should there be last minute trip changes within 5 days of departure.

​​Our fees are based on the complexity of the trip and are calculated as an overall project cost after initial consultation. Additional airline & travel management fees may apply, depending on the trip.​All fees are non-refundable once paid.
